Time lapse

It just occurred to me that I haven't posted in some time. Nothing really remarkable has happened that you're missing out on, but here's a bunch of pictures of Carys with some of her cute friends.

The three pictures are of Carys with her friends Greta and Liam, and the top picture is with Elouise, the niece of my friend who lent me his bike for a lovely ride on gravel roads outside of Red Wing.

Hmmm. It wasn't my goal to bring this up, but this might be a good opportunity to mention this: I'm trying to put together the funding for a new bike that will be a more comfy road bike than I've had and be able to fit some wider tires for long gravel rides like this one.  For what it's worth, this new bike would likely replace one of my bikes rather than represent a new one. And I don't plan to do another custom frame--this would be an off-the-shelf frame for which I would pick out and assemble all of the parts. How can you help? I'm so glad you asked. I would love it if you might consider gifts of cash (that I can put into a savings account) instead of gift cards or other items on those occasions when you might be tempted to give me a gift in the first place.
