Here's the quick rundown:
Just-in-time set-up before dark.
Camping "espresso" in the morning.
View of Mille Lacs from the observation tower at Kathio State Park. (Carys climbed up, mostly unaided, much to her dad's surprise.
Slightly askew-looking view of our camper cabin at Maplewood State Park from the lake below.
Aside from some bug bites and a little exhaustion, everything went well. We'll prob'ly go camping again.
